Validation methods

The validation methods available are admittedly not comprehensive for all types of calculation functions, but they are designed to be decisive and input deviations in software feature provide significantly greater impact to test results than what occurs in real buildings. They give a good quality control for the features that are included in the test.

Other computational features we test, where possible, towards results from measuring projects where there is some kind of quality assurance.

The methodology of comparative tests between the various programs and between calculation results and measuring project, results in a rational manner to a controlling software evolution towards ever more realistic results. For every opportunity to detect differences between calculation results in different software and between calculation results and measurement data, development is driven forward.
